Dehradun: Big news is coming out of Uttarakhand which says that there has been a major reshuffle of IFS officers in the Uttarakhand forestry department. In this order, the Chief Conservator of Forests Rajiv Bhartari was relieved. He will now be replaced by Vinod Kumar as the new PCCF.

Rajiv Bhartari has been appointed chairman of the Biodiversity Council.
